We assemble three kinds of kit and only three: pergola kits, gazebo kits and sunroom kits. If your box says shed, carport, greenhouse, playset or storage building, this is not the service you need — and we would rather tell you now than after you have paid for a trip.
Kit pergolas and gazebos from Costco, Home Depot or online are decent products with one weak point: assembly. The boxes weigh hundreds of pounds, the instructions assume two experienced people, and anchoring is where most owner-built kits go wrong.
We unpack, sort, assemble and, most importantly, anchor the structure correctly to concrete, pavers or an existing deck, so it stays put in wind and stays square over time. A typical kit is done in a day; you keep the warranty because it was built to spec.
