A pergola earns its place when it solves something: afternoon sun on the west side, a dining area that needs shade, a deck that feels exposed. We design them around the site: attached to the house or freestanding, over decks, patios and pool areas.
Most of our pergolas are redwood, sized with proper posts and beams rather than the spindly kits you see sagging after two winters. If a kit is actually the right answer for your budget, we will say so. Assembly is a separate service we also offer.
